At Reliable Machine & Engineering we are accomplished professionals with more than 20 years of experience in the field of tool & die design and     fabrication. With our engineering competency, 2D and 3D modeling capability, and expert fabrication skills we can manage the entire design-build process from start to finish. In addition to fabricating tooling and dies for multiple applications in various industries, we perform repair work as well as re-engineer existing dies to accommodate design changes. We specialize in the production of larger sized dies and have the resources to accommodate those measuring up to 12.0’ in length x 5.0’ in width x 32.0” in height.

We have the technical knowledge to design and build all types of stamping dies including single hit and progressive dies as well as those used in coining, forming, blanking, drawing, and other applications. With our strong background in production engineering, we also provide intelligent fixturing solutions that promote accuracy and efficiency. This includes fixtures for checking, welding, inspection, and assembly processes. Inside our fabrication shop, our production assets include precision CNC machining centers, EDM equipment, and manual mills and lathes. Our machinists use these resources to build high-quality tooling from aluminum, stainless steel, hardened tool steel and other metals based on your application requirements.

With our insight into tool and die technologies across a broad spectrum of applications, we provide reliable tooling and a very affordable pricing model. For your convenience, we offer pick-up and delivery as well as on-site installation and testing. We are also an authorized service center for DADCO® nitrogen gas springs used in stamping die pressure systems.
